Living Your Potential

Living Your Potential: A Journey, Not a Destination - Alexi E. George

There is some interesting information in this book, but I expected more talk on "how" instead of just talking about it.  Also, some of his opinions - because that's exactly what they are - just didn't sit right with me i.e. his spiel about people who are trying to find themselves possibly finding out that once they pull away all these layers of things people expect them to be, they'll find out they have no substance without them.  I did really enjoy the "conclusion," though.

Note: I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
